  • Although an appointment is not necessary to visit us during office hours for most Rental services and pickup/dropoffs, they are helpful.

  • By scheduling any type of visit it allows for us to prepare for your arrival and offer you an improved customer service experience.

  • Highly Recommended for any service to ensure one-on-one time during the busy Summer months

  • Appointments are appreciated for Instrument Shopping, Bow trials, Repairs needing discussed with a luthier rather than dropping off for evaluation, etc
